We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
If this is your first order, we offer refunds if you are unhappy with products. As mentioned on our refund policy, shipping cost is excluded.
If you are a returning customer and your products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to to send you a replacement with no additional cost.

Standard delivery usually takes around 8 business days. Priority shipments take 4-5 days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded are excluded. Allow 24 hours for your orders to be received and processed.
